Vehicle Tracker

In automotive industry, locating a single vehicle unit in vast yards can be time consuming. With Vehicle Tracker, one can quickly locate vehicles on the map of his smartphone and walk towards it. Using Bluetooth LE technology, every vehicle is tagged with a beacon emitting BLE signals. Periodic scans are required to update all of the beacons location. Using a predetermined flight-path, a drone-carrying- smartphone can perform this scan on the entire yard fairly quickly. The scan result is then sent to the main server for subsequent use.
